This service provides program participants' the opportunity to become employed with businesses throughout the Ohio Valley. Russell Nesbitt Services is able to assist and match the participants' sklills with the needs and specifications of employers. The participants are placed into jobs and are assisted in learning the functions of the job via on-the-job training provided by the professional staff of Russell Nesbitt Services. Wages are paid based on a formula using the rated ability of the participant and the normal pay scale for the job. This program is a classic "win-win" service as the participants have the opportunity to hold a typical job while employers obtain hard-working, reliable employees. The community also benefits as the pay checks are taxed and the wages are spent in the Ohio Valley.
